Ovjera punomoći, izjave i nasljedničke izjave bez važećih bh dokumenata

Ukoliko osoba ne posjeduje važeći bh. pasoš/ličnu kartu, u skladu sa Haškmom konvenciom o ukidanju potrebe legalizacije stranih javnih isprava od 05.10.1961. godine, čije su potpisnice i Australija i BiH, punomoć, izjava i nasljednička izjava se ovjerava na sljedeći način:

  1. Ovjeru potpisa izvršiti kod australskog javnog bilježnika (Notary Public) (nalazite ga u “Yellow Pages”),

  2. Ovjerena punomoć nadovjerava se pečatom Apostille u uredu Ministarstva vanjskih poslova i trgovine Australije - Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).

U tom slučaju nema potrebe ovjere ovih dokumenata u Ambasadi BiH. Tako ovjereni dokumenti šalju se na odredište u Bosnu i Hercegovinu.

NAPOMENA:

S obzirom da će se dokument koristiti u Bosni i Hercegovini, mora biti ili napisan na jednom od službenih jezika BiH (bosanski, hrvatski, srpski), ili ako je napisan na engleskom treba biti preveden na jedan od službenih jezika BiH od strane ovlaštenog prevodioca. Ukoliko se dokumenti ovjeravaju u Novom Zelandu, prvo se potpis ovjerava kod javnog bilježnika (Notary Public) a zatim nadovjerava pečatom Apostille u Ministarstvu unutrašnjih poslova Novog Zelanda.
