Centar Municipality of Sarajevo calls potential private investors in the country and abroad to express interest by their letter of interest to implement with their own funds the modernisation project of the complex "ASIM FERHATOVIC-HASE" KOSEVO in Sarajevo.
The complex covers an area of about 94.000 m2 on which are situated the facilities as follows:
- football stadium with athletic tracks (present capacity 34.500 seats)
- two football taining grounds
- athletic tracks and facilities
- five tennis courts
- large parking area
- plots of undeveloped land
The aim off the project is to implement modernisation of the complex, under preservation of all above mentioned sport facilities and training grounds and retaining the municiplality ownership of the land and constructions in the complex.
